About Moldova Bible Seminary

Moldova Bible Seminary was founded in 1995 to meet the growing need for trained ministers in Moldova’s Protestant churches. From the very beginning the seminary set out to provide students with a full university-level Christian education. Classes were offered in English to give access to international professors and Christian resources from around the world.

In 1997 the seminary received official registration as part of the Bible Church in the Republic of Moldova and was formally recognized as a Christian institution of higher learning. Two years later, in 1999, the first graduating class received their diplomas, launching a generation of servants who now minister both in Moldova and abroad.

Today the Bachelor of Theology program—with concentrations in Pastoral Ministry and Christian Education—is accredited (candidate status) by the Euro-Asian Accreditation Association, underscoring the rigor and quality of our training.

Mission. Moldova Bible Seminary exists to prepare future leaders for a spiritually mature, thoughtful, and active Christian life. We believe that theological education must do more than impart knowledge; it should shape character, strengthen faith, and cultivate a readiness to serve—both professionally and voluntarily.
